The unwind system is the beginning of the dipping process. Each unwind is designed for ease use and long-term operation. The unwind is critical for maintaining tension control during the entire roll.

• Brakes or AC drives for precision tension control based on load cell feedback and control
• Litzler heavy duty safety chucks are easy to load and provide safe operation for the life of the machine
• Safety chucks and the basic machine layout make it easy for the operator to load and unload the heavy packages
• A custom threading conveyor system is also available as an option
