Belting
Litzler designs and builds dipping and drying systems for conveyor belt, canvas and v-belt reinforcement materials like nylon, polyester and aramids.

Carbon Fiber / Graphite
Litzler designs and builds complete vertical pre-preg systems and horizontal tape lines including ovens, unwinds, metering rolls, compaction stations, winders, accumulators, and complete control and drive systems.
Litzler also supplies handling equipment, sizing systems and Oxidation ovens with a superior End Seal system.

Ceramics
PSC, Inc., a subsidiary of Litzler, designs and builds radio frequency dryers and ovens for the ceramics industry. Perfect RF Ceramic Dryers reduce drying times from hours to minutes and improve product quality with more uniform drying.
Litzler IR systems are supplied for calcining ceramic powder and for rapid heat-up of some granular ceramic products.

Coating, Saturating and Impregnating
Litzler offers both horizontal and vertical treating systems for webs and strands of material. Depending on the process, Litzler provides convection, infrared or radio frequency dryers/ovens to maximize results. In addition, Litzler offers the COM-PREG®, a compact pre-preg treater for high value pre-pregs, for ultra thin multi-layer laminates and special high-value products.

Converting
Litzler manufacturers dryers for the converting industry including the Perfect Float® flotation dryer, roll support impingement dryers and THERMODRY® IR/convection dryers.
Other converting equipment includes winders, rewinds, saturators and controls.

Copper Clad Laminates (CCL)
Litzler manufacturers vertical and horizontal Pre-Preg treaters for copper clad laminates. The patented Perfect Radiant Tower gives laminate manufacturers the ability to produce the highest quality pre-preg.
Also available, are the Perfect Float® flotation dryer and COM-PREG®, a compact pre-preg treater for high value pre-pregs and other modern materials.

CRT
Litzler provides complete in-line exhaust systems for modern CRT processing as well as line extensions for increasing production on older existing systems.

Dip Molding and Coating
Litzler designs and builds dip molding and coating equipment. The MCT product line includes a variety of custom designed and standard systems for all levels of dip molding and coating needs.

Fiber / Strand Processing
Litzler offers a variety of strand/fiber/cord processing systems for dipping, drying and curing of single ends of product. Examples include belt and hose reinforcements, ignition cable and dental floss.

Fiberglass
Litzler designs and builds fiberglass processing equipment including vertical and horizontal saturating and impregnation systems.

Film Systems
Litzler builds special film stretch and annealing ovens and Perfect Float® film coating ovens.

Filtration
Litzler designs and builds drying systems for the filtration industry. Convection dryers are offered through Perfect Float® flotation dryers, roll support dryers and conveyor ovens. Also available are infrared dryers and Radio Frequency dryers for heavy filtration media.
Litzler supplies complete membrane-processing systems for controlled stretching, curing and annealing.

Fuel Cell
Litzler offers Fuel Cell Processing Systems. For PEM/MEA, we offer web handling equipment, coating/saturating systems and drying systems including convection, infrared and radio frequency. For SOFC, we offer powder and ceramic drying.

Industrial Rubber Goods
Litzler designs heating and drying systems for the coating of reinforcing fibers used in industrial rubber products such as v-belt, transmission belts and hoses. Convection, infrared and radio frequency technologies are all available to maximize product processing.

Plastics Processing

Litzler designs and builds tire cord production and laboratory treating systems plus fabric and wire calendar train systems for today’s demanding quality environment. Litzler also provides special winding systems and safety chucks for both calender and treating operations.

Wastewater Treatment
Litzler Environmental, Inc., a subsidiary of C. A. Litzler Co., Inc., designs and builds a complete line of anaerobic digester equipment including a patented mixing system, fixed and floating covers, gas holders, compressor packages and sludge heaters.
