Requirements: Automation Controls Engineer with 3+ years of experience with industrial control systems. BSEE preferred but not necessary in lieu of experience. Must have machine control circuit design and hands on PLC/HMI programming experience. Must be proficient in control system design, bill of material development and know control system hardware requirements. Knowledge of Autocad, vision, hydraulic and pneumatic systems a plus.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent plus 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered. Employer defines foreign educational equivalent to include a combination of lesser degrees, diplomas, and or/professional experience recognized by a certified independent credentials evaluator as an academic equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. Position requires experience in machine control circuit design and hands on PLC/HMI programming experience.
Must be proficient in Auto Cad, control system design, and bill of material development. Successful candidates must know control system hardware requirements.
Domestic and International Travel is required.
To design, develop and test manufacturing and engineering systems, component and accessories; apply knowledge of electromechanical systems, thermodynamics and hydraulics to design systems to meet customer needs; recommend and implement design modifications to eliminate malfunctions; conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of systems and equipment. Use Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault and Enterpise Resource Planning (ERP).
This position requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Technology or related field and one year experience in designing, developing and testing of manufacturing and engineering components, accessories and systems using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Travel required two days per month in the U.S. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
